It's not often I can pair the word modest with a dress found at Forever 21, but today I am happy to share an unusual find. This sweet striped shirt dress would be so cute for spring:

When they say sheer, they aren't kidding - a slip is absolutely necessary. But in every other way this dress is incredibly modest (and cute!)
