Makeup Inspiration: Cat Eye

I am not really a makeup person. I don't mean that I don't wear makeup, because I keep it as a general rule not to leave the house without it. I mean that I don't experiment much and I don't invest more than $5 or $10 at the grocery store.

Lately, I am completely smitten with cat eye liner.

What do you think of cat eye liner? Tried it? Where are you looking for makeup inspiration this week?

  1. I love this. Time to by some liquid liner. E.L.F. has liquid eyeliner in a pen that is super cheap.

  2. I love this look, and I wish I was skilled enough with eyeliner to do this regularly. I think it's just gorgeous!

  4. I absolutely love the cat eye, but for some reason I can't make it work on me. I am a new follower and can't wait to read your future posts! I would love if you would stop by and follow back :)

  5. I love this look! I used Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel eyeliner. It is so much easier to use compared to liquid liner and comes with its own little eyeliner brush.

  6. I gel eyeliner because I seem to have better control with it. E.L.F has a gel eye liner for $3. I love using it.

  7. I love this look too, Adele (the singer) sometimes does her eyes like that too and it's such a sexy, sultry look.

  8. I definitely like this look, I just think it's hard to pull off for daytime. Since Valentine's day is here though, it might be the perfect date look :)

  9. this is inspiring! i need to start wearing eye make up again. i just got some new handmade vegan eye shadow from etsy and i love it! i just don't get motivated to wear it because of my glasses. often times i feel like it wouldn't make a difference, but maybe this kind of eye liner would help others to actually see my eyes behind all that frame!
