I love tiered clothing (tops, skirts, and cardigans). I especially like tiered tops that are a more tiered than ruffled. I stumbled on this top this weekend and was instantly taken with it. I love that the alternating textures resemble stripes.

I bought the biscuit color and was a little disappointed with the construction. The fit was great (knowing in advance that I needed to go down a size) but I noticed the layers were not parallel with each other. Some layers were straight across and some were just plain sewn in crooked.

ReplyDeleteI keep wanting it, it's gorgeous!...but it's hand wash only and I'm not sure how I feel about that. :/ Has anyone tried to fray check it and had success?
ReplyDelete@mandi c - I don't have the shirt, so I am not sure. Even if I fray checked it, I would probably still hand wash. Clothing that frays makes me nervous.
